Kevin Gausman has an excellent matchup rating, but there could be room for more today. Coming into this one, Tigers hitters have the worst strikeout rate in MLB over the last two weeks against RHP (28%). Their walk rate, OPS, wOBA, and wRC+ are also Bottom-3 in the same span versus righties. Since June 1, Gausman has an elite 27.5% K-BB rate (seven starts).
