DAILY MATCHUPS: Most teams well-armed for Tuesday's full slate

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: All 30 teams will hit the field Tuesday. The tumble of rotations puts a lot of dark green at the top of the Match-Up Ratings. There are also quite a few first starts of the season and returnees from recent stays on the IL impacting play in this mid-May weekday action. Wet weather could be on tap in Baltimore (LAA-BAL), and significant-wind-out games are forecasted for Boston (SEA-BOS), Detroit (PIT-DET), New York (TAM-NYM), Chicago (CLE-CHW), Oakland (ARI-OAK), San Francisco (PHI-SF), and Los Angeles (MIN-LA).
