After a year with no minor league games to watch, it was a joy to be able to sit behind home plate in 85-degree weather in Arizona. Here are some highlights from a stint in Phoenix.

This week we continue our tour of the top prospects in baseball by looking at the Top 45 OF prospects. As usual, there are plenty of impact prospects to choose from including Randy Arozarena (TAM) and Dylan Carlson (STL).

Heading into 2021, the overall depth at 3B is relatively thin compared to previous seasons. Only six 3B prospects made the 2021 HQ 100. In addition, a quick review of the 2021 Organization Reports highlights that lack of depth.

Historically shortstop is one of the deepest positions in baseball and 2021 is no exception. The recently released HQ 100 is chock full of shortstop prospects, with 17 of them making the list this year, including 5 of our top 10 prospects. This week we take a look at the top SS prospects for 2021.

The rebuilding Royals have some of the best young arms in the game with Brady Singer, Jackson Kowar, Kris Bubic, Daniel Lynch (all acquired in the 2018 draft), and Asa Lacy and a top 10 prospect in SS Bobby Witt Jr. A look at the Royals top 15 prospects heading into 2021.

The Cardinals continue to get solid production from a farm system that hasn’t ranked in the top 10 since 2014. Despite not having a top 10 draft pick since 1998, the Cardinals had 19 home-grown players contribute in 2020, many of them taken after the first round.

The Dodgers don’t get enough credit for the work they have done over the past five years building their organization internally while continuing to restock a loaded farm system. This week we take a look at the Dodgers top 15 prospects heading into 2021.
