Having $20+ anchors on your staff can make the difference between owning a good starting rotation and a great one.

Problem is, most of us cannot afford to stockpile our starting staffs with elite hurlers.

A more effective strategy is to maximize the profit potential in our starting rotation without carrying too much risk. This can be done by investing in the young $10-15 guys who could develop into elite starting pitchers.
