GM's OFFICE: Draft day

I live in Philadelphia, and it's currently a rough time to be a sports fan of the local teams. Outside of the NFL Eagles—who just went through a major overhaul in talent in the past four months—none of the the city's major sport squads have sniffed the postseason recently. For instance, for roughly the past calendar year—July 1, 2014 through June 24, 2015—the combined W-L record for the city's four major sports teams is 124-210, or a .371 winning percentage. Now, granted, that's a messy method that won't win any scientific awards, but the point is, the teams' on-field performance has been lousy. 

If you like it when your home-town teams win and are competitive, it's not exactly a golden era in Philly right now.
