With the calendar reading August and the trade deadline behind us, this weekly feature takes on more importance for managers who are looking to accumulate more Wins and Strikeouts to swing those categories in the late stages of the season. As such, we'll focus a little more of our analysis today on the lower tiers of these rankings, and the pitchers who are perhaps more likely to be available as free agents today in at least some leagues.
