LINEUP OUTLOOK: Pratto leading off, Raley moving up the order

This week's Lineup Outlook features two left-handed hitters rising in their respective batting orders. Since their teams can be fluid with lineups, remaining in these new spots will enhance their fantasy value in the near-term, and potentially longer if they produce.
