RELIEVERS: Adding LI to skills indicators to make better decisions

Today, we take an early look at roles using Leverage Index ("LI"). LI was invented by Tom Tango to measure the leverage that each reliever faces across multiple outings against an index (of 1.00). The chart also contains the number of "clean appearances" ("CLN") which are those where a run does not score, and total appearances ("APP") to give you a success rate, from a manager's point of view. You can find these usage indicators under the "Teams" tab and "Bullpen Indicators."
