NFBC: Exploring the benefits of structured drafting

The idea of structural drafting in fantasy baseball is fairly uncommon, because the roto format is centered more around compiling statistics rather than players at particular positions. However, in recent seasons, there’s been increased conversation about the viability of specific strategies such as drafting a starting pitcher in the first round, "pocket aces" (two starting pitchers in the first two rounds), or drafting an elite closer.
