MINORS: Low-contact Double-A batters and pitchers

It's well established that batters who struggle to make consistent contact tend to have trouble contributing to run production. On the flipside, one of the best things a pitcher can do is to naturally limit contact in order to prevent runs. As a result, ct% can serve as a very useful metric for judging the quality of a pitcher’s stuff or the quality of a batter’s hit tool.
