The Mayberry Method 3: Draft Planning

Many fantasy leaguers go into their drafts with target values for each Rotisserie category. The concept is that it will take a certain number of home runs, steals, saves and strikeouts to contend in those categories. Optimally, these are calculated from a specific league's past history, as that is the barometer of owner purchasing patterns. More often, general statistical benchmarks are used, though they may be less accurate.
