STARTERS: Mid-Season Sell High Targets

Many starting pitchers have enjoyed better surface stats in the first half than their skills warranted.
One way to identify these overperformers is by comparing their actual ERA with their xERA.
That said, not everyone with an xERA higher than their actual ERA will see their surface stats regress to the point that you should sell high on them.
For example, guys like Brandon Morrow (RHP, TOR), Justin Verlander (RHP, DET), and Chris Sale (LHP, CHW) still own skills that are well worth rostering, even if their surface stats might regress a bit.
