When is the Graphical Player available each year?
The Graphical Player goes to press about the second week of November each year and is typically available from us by the first or second week of December.
Where can I buy the Graphical Player?
The best place to get the book is direct from us as we can get it to you the quickest. It is also available at many online bookstores and select retail outlets. We make a limited number available for retail distribution and they typically end up in Barnes & Nobles and Borders booksellers in larger cities. However, you can always special order the book at virtually any bookstore, though that could take up to three weeks to arrive. Quickest delivery is always to order directly through Shandler Enterprises.
Is the Graphical Player available in electronic form?
No, it is not.
What is your refund policy for the book?
We offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, for books returned to us in resellable condition prior to April for each year's edition.
